Sep 10 2019 7 52pm oh figured out the bug for no load of cut scene for flowers only pick non rose flowers first sage dandelion poppy then pick a rose after that to enable the bouquet to be auto built correctly. It might be a bit aggravating to have to do that but at least you re not locked out of this quest for good.
