I began making pottery full time after a move north from glasgow in 2010. All the pottery in my shop is thrown or hand built and hand printed designs are added to the glazed surfaces inspired by my local natural environment and the simple pleasures of everyday life. I combine earthly clay with soft layered glazes and simple hand drawn illustrations.
